
Brandeis had four members of their women’s soccer team named to the 2004 to the University Athletic Association (UAA) All-Conference team. Former CRU player
Lauren Gregor of
Holliston, Mass. (
CRU Warriors, 1994-G1, 1998 - 2002) was named a first-team All-UAA selection. Sophomore forward Lisa Kaplin of
Armonk,
N.Y., and senior defender Melissa Gordon of
Princeton, N.J., garnered second-team honors. Junior midfielder Jessica Druckman of
Hazlet, N.J., earned honorable-mention recognition.
Gregor, last year’s honorable mention, lead Brandeis scorers in the regular season, tallying 11 goals and six assists for 28 points. She was second in the conference during the regular season. She scored game-winning goals in two of her school three UAA victories. Lauren scored the first goals in 2-0 victories over Case Western Reserve University on Oct. 9 and against Carnegie Mellon University on Oct. 31. She notched 3 two-goal games this season and had two other games with a goal and an assist. With at least one more game to go this season and another year left in her career, Lauren has 27 goals and 14 assists for 68 points, good for seventh on Brandeis all-time list.
